100 Days Visibility
Core Principle
Traditional 100-day plans sequence audit, content, links and tracking one after another. In 2026, that approach no longer holds: success in SEO and GEO does not happen sequentially — it emerges from parallel, mutually reinforcing workstreams, guided by a rigorous diagnosis at the outset and target/actual corrections at fixed gates.
- Diagnosis first, measures second. The time budget for each measure is determined by the findings, not by a template.
- Measurement starts on Day 1. Without a baseline, no impact can be proven — tracking is a prerequisite, not a final step.
- Steer, don't just execute. At Day 30, 60 and 90 priorities are reassessed; the plan responds to data.
Days 0–10 — Diagnosis & Baseline (the Gate)
The first ten days are not an "audit checkbox" — they are the gate that configures all subsequent workstreams. Only after this block is complete does it become clear how capacity will be distributed across A–D.
- Visibility Audit: SEO, GEO and AI Visibility assessed simultaneously — not separately.
- Forensics: identify what is holding performance back (keyword cannibalization, indexing issues, technical debt).
- Baseline tracking setup: GA4 + Matomo + AI Visibility tracking (SOBAD) — running from Day 1.
- Topical Authority current-state analysis (AI GAP) as well as the competitive SERP and AI citation landscape.
Days 10–90 — Four Parallel Workstreams
From Day 10, four workstreams run simultaneously. The time windows mark the respective focus, not an exclusive block — the streams deliberately overlap and reinforce each other.
| Workstream | Time Window | Content & SEYBOLD Levers |
|---|---|---|
| A · Technical Foundation | Days 10–40, then ongoing | Crawl/index management, Core Web Vitals, Schema.org, internal linking. Findings-driven from the forensics — no fixed day budget. |
| B · Topical Authority (Content) | Days 14–85, continuously | Cluster and pillar build-out based on AI GAP, refresh of existing content, AEO/FAQ, zero-click. Steered by topic coverage, not by volume. |
| C · Authority & Off-Page | Days 30–90, continuously | Entity consistency, link building, proprietary data/studies as citation assets, digital PR. Starts only once the content foundation is in place. |
| D · GEO / AI Visibility | From Day 10, throughout | Entity consistency across sources, citation-ready content, structured data, llms.txt / crawler directives. No "posting to AI engines" — AI visibility is earned, not distributed. |
1SOBAD: SEYBOLD ONE BRAND AI DASHBOARD — Internal tool for planning, visualizing and managing AI recommendations.
Control Gates — Day 30 / 60 / 90
At three fixed points, performance is measured against the baseline and priorities are reassessed. This replaces the "roadmap only at the end" approach with genuine steering.
- Day 30 Is the technical foundation holding? Are the first content clusters gaining traction? Adjust workstream weightings.
- Day 60 Review authority build-up and GEO visibility against baseline; recalibrate topics as needed.
- Day 90 Assess the overall picture, scale successful clusters, prepare synthesis.
Days 90–100 — Synthesis
The data from all three gates feeds into the Master Content Plan and a 6-month roadmap — derived from data, not from a template. This marks the transition from the 100-day sprint into the ongoing Visibility Management retainer (Core / Growth / Dominance).
How This Differs from a Generic 100-Day Plan
| Generic 100-Day Plan | SEYBOLD Model |
|---|---|
| 4 phases strictly in sequence | 1 diagnosis gate, then parallel workstreams |
| Tracking as a final step (Day 76+) | Baseline tracking from Day 1 as a requirement |
| Content budgeted in days (5 days for a pillar) | Content driven by topic coverage (AI GAP) |
| "Share to AI engines" as an action item | AI visibility built through entities & citation assets |
| No interim steering, only a roadmap at the end | Control gates at Day 30 / 60 / 90 with re-prioritization |
